ok, once again, a few things to post :D

1) The open house rehearsal date
its on: 25/11
from: 9am-11.30am
wear: uniform

2) the real open house date
ts on: 28/11
from: 8-3.30/4pm
wear: uniform (i think)

3) I ( rather jiaxin and zhiting them) need help for the poster :D
the poster will be used on the open house
and even on our sec1 cca recruitment day
so we need some helpful and passionate and kind and artistic and enthu ppl
to help us in the making of it, you can inform jiaxin(?) or just form a group or something :D

4) The east coast park trip!!!
i need all of you to bring and give me the $15 on 25/11
and only those who pay up can go for the trip
sorry if its too mean but thats the rule x[
and and hopefully, i need to confirm the number of people going by 25/11
so i can prepare the food etc
i shall once again type about the east cpast park trip

it will be on: 29/11/2009
at: 11am ( need to be at the school,rather outside school) and will be back at latest 8pm sharp.
you need not worry about it since there will be letters issued to inform your parents about it :D
as for the sec 4, all of you can just pay us on 29/11 but need to inform me a confirmed answer on whether you are going or not. :D

and its Zhenyun here by the way :D!
ok, theres quite a few number of things to settle.

1) East Coast Park trip
Date: 29/11/2009
Time: 10:30 A.M. (meet outside the school gate)
People: Members of Guzheng! (even the sec 4s!)
Wear: Whatever your are comfortable with, we may be doing some running.

Events (brief):
10:30 A.M.: Meet
11:00 A.M.: Reach ECP
- Lunch- (prepare your own, can be a light one as we will be having BBQ later)
- Play games prepared -
- Free time -
- Prepare for BBQ -
- BBQ -
- Head home -

It's the breif skeleton of how we will spend the day yeap :]

2) I need people to design our guzheng tee shirt.
You can submit it to any of the teachers or me, or any leaders.
after we collate some designs, we will hold a vote ok? :]

3) I need help for the poster design to promote guzheng on the open house day.
Can anyone suggest or name out the characteristics of guzheng cca?
I guess it will be more relistic to come from all of you based on your understanding.

4) Help us spread this website
And do anyone mind if i invite authors?
which means we will share this blog or something..
